Graduation Ceremony 2024

The graduation ceremony for our Secondary Four students, themed "A New Chapter Begins," was a memorable celebration that marked a significant transition for the graduating class. As the graduands entered the hall, they were warmly welcomed by enthusiastic cheers from their juniors and teachers, creating an atmosphere filled with pride and anticipation.

The ceremony kicked off with the presentation of prizes for the Regent25 Logo Competition, celebrating creativity and school spirit. Next, the Upper Secondary Year Head, Mr Tan Keng Cheong, delivered an inspiring address, emphasising the importance of embracing new beginnings and building habits that last. His address encouraged the graduates to reflect on their journey while looking forward to the adventures that lie ahead.

The highlight of the event was definitely the captivating video montages dedicated to each graduating class. These montages showcased unforgettable moments from their school years, evoking laughter and nostalgia as everyone reflected on their journey together. Following that, each graduand was called to the stage to receive their scroll before gathering for a class photo. In a touching moment of gratitude, each class presented a token of appreciation to their form teachers, acknowledging their unwavering support and guidance throughout the years.

A special segment of the assembly featured chairpersons from each graduating class, who took the opportunity to express heartfelt appreciation for their form and subject teachers. Their speeches highlighted the invaluable guidance and support received throughout their school years. With gratitude, they recalled specific moments where teachers went above and beyond, making a lasting impact on their lives.

The assembly concluded with a heartfelt cohort montage, celebrating the unity and accomplishments of the entire graduating class, followed by the singing of the school song for the final time. As voices filled the hall, it was clear that while this chapter was closing, a new and exciting one was just beginning for the graduands.
