MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

The MOE FAS is to help financially needy Singaporean students in Government and Government-aided schools to meet basic schooling expenses.

Applications for the Ministry of Education’s Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS) for 2025 are currently open. Singapore citizens in financial need can receive assistance on school fees and other expenses through the MOE FAS.

Eligibility Criteria

1.      Student must be a Singapore Citizen and continuing his/her study with our school in Year 2025.

2.      Gross Household Income (GHI) does not exceed S$3,000 per month or Household Per Capita Income (PCI) does not exceed S$750 per month.

Current MOE FAS recipients in Year 2024 must re-apply if they are eligible and require financial assistance in Year 2025.

If your child/ward is a ComCare recipient covering Year 2025, you do not need to apply for the MOE FAS as it will be auto-granted.
